Annual Harvest Bazaar: Donor Information

100% of the proceeds from this year's event will go directly to our Mortgage Reduction Effort, so please give your Time, Talent and Treasures to support Holy Trinity’s Harvest Bazaar!

Support the church with your time and talent!
  • Become a Volunteer: Help is needed with advertising, fundraising, food preparation, food serving, clean-up, booth preparation, chinese auction preparation, etc, etc, etc. If you can help, please call the church office at 215-663-1600, or fill out a signup form online


    • Support the church with your treasures!
  • Advertise on our Virtual Program Book: Your advertisement, family pictures and/or messages will be part of a continuous slide presentation that will be shown throughout the entire bazaar on a 120” projection screen. For more information, click here, or fill out the form at the bottom of this page


  • Advertise on our Placemat: A placemat with your advertisement will be placed on each food tray and at each table. For more information, click here, or fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
    NOTE: As of Tuesday October 6th, there were only 4 blocks available on the placemat.


  • Become a Sponsor: Names of all sponsors will appear as part of our virtual program book. Sponsors may also request a Hokehankeest for Sunday, October 25th, 2009. For more information, click here, or fill out the form at the bottom of this page.


  • Purchase Raffle Tickets: Grand Prize is $1,000, 2nd Prize $500, 3rd Prize $250. Click here to download the tickets, and mail the completed tickets and $10 per 6 tickets to the church office.


  • Donate a gift for the Chinese Auction: If interested, please contact Liz Barone at 610-449-2236, or contact the church office.


  • Donate an item for Attic Treasures: If you're cleaning out your closets, we would greatly appreciate donations of your gently used items to be sold at the Attic Treasures table during the Harvest Bazaar. No clothing or books (except cookbooks). Desired items are housewares, small furnishings, children's toys, and more, more, more. If interested, contact the church office.
